printing from windows 2000 to Linux

I can see windows2000 shares in Mandrake Linux 9.1. But can not see the files/folders present on the window2000 shares.
Secondly, in the Windows Machine also I can see the Linux shares but I am unable to log in the Linux Share using the user name : peer3 and password : peer3. As soon as I click on the Linux Share which is named ¨Lshare¨ I get the error ´ Incorrect password or Unknown user name for \\192.168.0.10/Lshare´ on the dialog box where user name and password fields are there.
My printer HPLAserJet1150 that is connected to the Mandrake Linux machine is not printing from the Windows 2000 machine. While trying to install the printer on the Windows machine I get the error ¨ The server on which the printer resides does not have the correct printer driver installed. If you want to install the driver on your local computer, click OK.¨
My smb.conf file is:

# Samba config file created using SWAT
# from localhost (127.0.0.1)
