Printing from Slack to Win2K

My wife is running Windows 2000 on her PC. I have a laptop with Slack 10.1 on it. Since mine is mobile and her's isn't, I have the cable for the printer connected to her machine.

I've installed the printer on my computer via SAMBA/CUPS but print jobs don't go anywhere. My computer can "see" the printer, but it just can't send jobs.

On her machine, we do have print services for Unix installed. It's shared and I know the share name. Consider it:
Workgroup name: Wilkin
Computer name: Christa
Printer name: BroPrin

What am I missing, please.

google:
application/octet-stream
samba
mime.types

can't remember exactly but i think you just need to uncomment that line in a few cups config files, there might be another line also.
