Hi hariiyer,
Your printer is physically attached to the linux or to the windows? Please post your smb.conf for us to try to resolve this problem. Please read this site faq about vB codes and post your conf using the command "code".

browseable = no
guest ok = yes
writable = no
printable = yes
create mode = 0770
use client driver = yes
print command = lpr-cups -P %p -o raw %s -r # using client side printer drivers.

Hi hariiyer,
As your printer is attached to the windows machine, first you need to share it. For this you need to right click over your printer icon, and choose to "share" it. I don't know exactly the name which appears in your menu because the text is dependent on the country language. After you choose it, it will appear the printer properties with the "share" tab selected. You need to select "shared as" and give a "share name". You can enter a commentary and a password. I suggest you don't use password as I did never used it and I don't know how to do it.
After this, you shall can see this share on your linux machine. To test it, you may enter this command in the linux prompt
Code:
smbclient -L <name-of-your-windows-machine> -NU%
You have to see something like this
Code:
added interface ip=91.0.0.10 bcast=91.255.255.255 nmask=255.0.0.0

        Sharename      Type      Comment
        ---------      ----      -------
        PRINTER$       Disk
        HP             Printer   My comments
        IPC$           IPC       Remote Interprocess communication

        Server               Comment
        ---------            -------

        Workgroup            Master
        ---------            -------
Now you have to configure your printing subsystem to access the share when you want to print. As linux has several different printing subsystems, I need you tell me what did you install in your machine. The principal sub systems are "cups" and "lprng". For each we have a different configuration.
