pptp connection woes

I live in China and, have been using Cienen as my VPN for over a year, and a few days ago I could not use the PPTP Connection, now I can't use the L2TP connection or even access the cienen website. Did they go out We paid for it for the month, so its not that. I've tried disabling the IPv6, and looking online for any trouble with Cienen. I have checked the ports and websites, but it says they are not blocked in China.
Does anyone know anything about this?
