Postfix Setup Help

I recently purchased a domain name (for example sake we will call it bob.com) and I'm currently trying to setup postfix on my server. I've put an MX record in my dns so that:

mail.bob.com priority=0 127.0.0.1(not real ip)

I have postfix installed and running, so now how do I configure it (I'm trying to do this through webmin but am lost). Thanks.

UPDATE::
I have the POP3 account setup correctly but I'm getting a "Unable to connect to outgoing mail server (SMTP)" error when I try to use MS Outlook to check my mail. Any clues as to what might be causing this? Thanks again.
