Postfix SASL: conflict of sdsldb & system account?

I have configured SASL for Postfix:
smtpd_sasl_auth_enable = yes
smtpd_recipient_restrictions = permit_sasl_authenticated reject
smtpd_delay_reject = yes
smtpd_client_restrictions = permit_sasl_authenticated reject
smtpd_sasl_security_options = noanonymous

/usr/lib/sasl2/smtp.conf:
pwcheck_method: saslauthd

The current domain is zouben.org. Then in another domain: dm02.org, use mutt + esmtp, set the "password" and "username" of $HOME/.esmtprc to point to mail.zouben.org with its UNIX system account. Then the mails can be relayed.

Now I set SASL to use sasldb, this need this argument:
smtpd_sasl_local_domain = $mydomain
on dm02.org, if $HOME/.esmtprc using users which are generated by saslpasswd2, the mails can be relayed too, but then I can't use UNIX system account any more. Even adding "dm02.org":
smtpd_sasl_local_domain = $mydomain, dm02.org
has no effect.

Please give me some advices. Thanks.
