Postfix mail filtering

Hello,

I've just last nigth finished setting up my Postfix+SASL+Courier-IMAP setup. And already I have about five (5) unsolicited emails.

I've started reading up on mail filtering, and frankly I'm confused.

First of all I have these lines in my main.cf:

Code:
smtpd_recipient_restrictions =
  permit_mynetworks,
  permit_sasl_authenticated,
  reject_non_fqdn_hostname,
  reject_non_fqdn_sender,
  reject_non_fqdn_recipient,
  reject_unauth_destination,
  reject_unauth_pipelining,
  reject_invalid_hostname,
  reject_rbl_client opm.blitzed.org,
  reject_rbl_client list.dsbl.org,
  reject_rbl_client relays.ordb.org,
  reject_rbl_client bl.spamcop.net,
  reject_rbl_client jobsender.com,
  reject_rbl_client imgmailer.com,
  reject_rbl_client sbl.spamhaus.org
Should I also add in these lines?

Code:
maps_rbl_domains =
	blackholes.mail-abuse.org,
	relays.mail-abuse.org,
	bl.spamcop.net,
	inputs.orbz.org,
	outputs.orbz.org,
	relays.ordb.org,
	or.orbl.org
And what's the difference between
Code:
maps_rbl_domains
and
Code:
reject_rbl_client
.

But more importantly. I'm running FC2 and I have SpamAssassin along with spamd and I would love to know how to filter only my incoming mail from untrusted networks through it. And of course I've also love to know how to add SPF filtering to Postfix.

Additionally, as I am running my postfix users as virtual users with a MySQL backend, is it possible to have a table(s) which woudl stores domains/hosts that I have decided to ban?

Thank you. This appreciation would be much appreciated, and I'm sure other will benifit.
