Postfix address

I have managed to setup postfix to send mail out successfully except all the mail tests I have doe are thru php scripts. The from name of the mail is 'apache@mydomain.ac.uk'

How can I change the 'apache' part of the email so that it either comes from 'no-reply' or 'xxxx' @mydomain.ac.uk

cheers
slipsy
