port blocking by ISP

Hi,

Since last one week or so I am not able to to do any voice chat.
How can I check if the problem is due to yahoo services or my ISP has started blocking it?

Best Regards

There are a number of websites that will do port scans on your computer. (I searched on the terms "free," "firewall," and "scan" -- you can try that or come up with better search terms yourself.) If you know what port(s) voice chat uses, you can see whether those services report it(them) as blocked. Make sure you aren't blocking the port(s) with your own firewall. Also, if you're behind a router, you need to make sure the router forwards the port(s) in question.
