POP3: I can send email but I can't recieved

I don't know whats lacking in my config I already set up sendmail and enable POP and IMAP althoufgh sending e mail to clients outside works fine but still I can't recieve e-mails. What else is lacking

need help

Talking well I just found the answer

my mail server is now complete I just missed one must be config file and now it is up and running
