plz! Help . internet + 2 different local lans
 
Hi,
plz help me .
My sys details:Redhat 9.0 /p-4/512 Mb - 3 real tek 10/100 Nics

MY problem:
I have two local lans with range 10.0.0.1 - 24 /255.255.0.0 and 10.10.10.1/255.255.255.0. "I can ping 10.0.0.1 but i can't communicate with 10.10.10.1 - why?"
All nics activated and signal is comming.
***plz help , i really need it .

Are you using the PC as a gateway to the internet and a router for your local network? If so can both networks connect to the internet? I am not an expert, but you will have to add a route. I am not in front of a Linux box right now but I think you need to do a route -a 10.10.10.0 10.0.0.0. This should make it work.

Here is complete details.
Yes pc internet gateway and it is NAT (packet forwarder) for 10.0.0.1 local lan.
Recently i got net backup line from my office branch whcih is 10.10.10.54 with gateway 10.10.10.1 . NOw iam unable to ping my branch office gateway 10.10.10.1 .

How can i ?

What you are saying is the 10.10.10.x is a direct link to your office (leased or dialup doesn't matter). How is the link to your office set up? Is it router to router or is it a dialup?
