i am distributing the internet from linux server with proxy. but i do not have any idea how to distributer the internet on the volume basis like 700 mb for 64 kpbs, 500 mb for 32 kpbs and so on. plz provide me the necessary information for the volume base internet distribution scheme.

look into isp software since they are so fond of doing this.
