PCI tulip network adapter not working in 2.6.0-test4-bk3 kernel...

Hello. Here's my problem. I recently bootstrapped Gentoo 1.4 and decided to try out the development sources. So I emerged it, menuconfig'd, built and copied the bzImage. I enabled the generic tulip family and set the rest of the drivers under it to modules. Also, PCI support is enabled as well (of course). The chipset my network adapter uses is the Macronix 98715 series, but I didn't see that listed as an option. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated and please ask if you need more details. Thanks in advance.
