Question Packard Bell EasyNote E3245 network card

Hello all Linux lovers,

I just installed Mandrake 9.2 on my new Packard Bell EasyNote E3245 and I cannot get connected to the net. I also have windows XP and I saw that the network driver is a Via Technologies one. I went to the site and download the binary and I did everything that was said in the manual but I still cannot get connected.

Any clues?

Thank you.
