Out-of-the-box NAS that supports the SSH protocol?

Hi to all readers. Would anyone be able to tell me if there is an out-of-the-box NAS solution out there running samba and some form of secure file transfer service such as SSH(scp). I'm very close to building my own solution but would much prefer a small, tidy and reliable unit with warranty provided :-). Any ideas whatsover would be appreciated.
Thanks, overge
