Also I want to know if my openLDAP server be on CentOS5.10 and my client be on CentOS6,will they work together properly or not?

You would know, if you looked at their documentation:
http://www.openldap.org/faq/data/cache/185.html

Yes, but think about the question. A centralized 'authentication' system that only allowed ONE kind of client to work would be useless. LDAP works for anything that supports LDAP. That's like asking "I'm running Windows Active Directory on Windows 7...will Windows 8 be able to use it?"
