NX on a USB stick - does something like that exist?

Hi all,

Recently I discovered the benefits of having an NX server and client. Way cool. Now I'd like to connect to my home computer from a computer at university; the problem is, however, that they grant us students no administrative rights whatsoever in Windows XP (and why would _that_ be?). Does anybody know if there exists some kind of "NX client on a stick", an NX client I can run from a usb stick without having to install it first, thus avoiding the anger of our computer support group, and through that, preventing them from hitting me with a very, very large stick?

Thanks in advance!

Only now I see the foolishness of putting this question up on a Linux forum. I can only hope the fact that my home computer is a Linux one, is enough for you...

If you want remote access, ask the IT department.
There is a reason why they prohibit this.
How do you want to connect?
Most likely all ports are closed, so using linux will not solve your problem.
