Ntop, Netflow, and a NAT

I am not having any luck getting ntop with the Netflow plugin to graph anything from a Cisco router.

LAN IP of ntop machine: 192.168.15.44
LAN interface of Cisco router: 192.168.15.4
Serial interface on Cisco router: 172.18.4.11 with the end point being a host at 172.18.4.98 on the other end of the PVC.

I set 192.168.15.0/24 as the LAN subnet in ntop options.
I set the IP address of the netflow device as 192.168.15.144 as the instructions suggests it only uses the address to sort packets.

I see no traffic in any of the graphs. The RRD plugin is busy though. Doing what? I have no idea. No errors logged either.
