NTOP Error Traversing Database for ipnum = - Perhaps database is corrupt?

Hi Guys,

I have ntop installed on a few CentOS servers and it works fine - recently I setup a new server and in LAB mode here it worked fine until placed at the customer site. Now ntop does not start automatically although I have added it to /etc/rc.local. When I start it manually using : /usr/local/bin/ntop -i "eth0,eth1" -d -L -u ntop -P /usr/local/var/ntop --skip-version-check --use-syslog=daemon it starts and the web stats seems to work fine but almost immediately it starts giving bash errors:
Error Traversing Database for ipnum = 1152118176 - Perhaps database is corrupt?
Error Traversing Database for ipnum = 1150636875 - Perhaps database is corrupt?
Error Traversing Database for ipnum = 2033057050 - Perhaps database is corrupt?
Error Traversing Database for ipnum = 1120162248 - Perhaps database is corrupt?
Error Traversing Database for ipnum = 1109382582 - Perhaps database is corrupt?
Error Traversing Database for ipnum = 1117219675 - Perhaps database is corrupt?
Error Traversing Database for ipnum = 1551608852 - Perhaps database is corrupt?
Error Traversing Database for ipnum = 3352559669 - Perhaps database is corrupt?
and so on..
Any ideas?
Thanks and regards, Roger

Further to the above, I found that ntop had terminated after about an hour so I restarted it but removed the "eth1" part. So startup command was /usr/local/bin/ntop -i "eth0" -d -L -u ntop -P /usr/local/var/ntop --skip-version-check --use-syslog=daemon and so far (about 5 minutes) there have been no errors..

Even further to the above - I have seen the error once now - about 5 lines of error as above but apart from that it seems to be behaving - it is till not right though and I would like to get rid of it altogether so help/advise will be most welcome.
