nslookup fails from client dnsmasq

Hi,
I have Ubuntu and installed "dnsmasq" to handel DNS and DHCP to my home LAN computers.

It works, but if I run nslookup www.google.com or any other domain name, the client always gets the servers IP as result and my LAN dns i appended to the original address. eg.

nslookup www.linuxquestions.org
Server: fw
Address: 10.0.0.1

Non-authoritative answer:
Name: "mylan".homelinux.com
Address: "xxx"."xxx".250.54
Aliases: www.linuxquestions.org."mylan".homelinux.com

Any ideas why ?
