I need someone to make/write any three Codes/Algos of "TCP congestion Algorithms". These Codes must show Real Time Audio. These codes should be Run on NS2 Simulator 2.29/2.30. It means writing two Algos/codes for NS2 and then edit them after putting the real time Voice parameters in it. I think there are some algo's available online that might just work with some editing.

I have no idea where to find someone who can do that so I'm just posting it here. If any of you guys can do it, I'm ready to pay as well. Or pleaes let me know where to post this task.

NS2 Simulator?

TCP congestion algorithms (and the relevance to real-time audio)

lol no its not homework..i'm not too sure if homework would be this complex...probably, only at postgraduate or PhD level..

Anyway, its just something that I need to do at one of the networks I'm managing and I think the right person would know about all the details so wouldn't have to explain
