Are the "further details" from the D-Link GLB 802C or from ubuntu?

Assuming they are from the GLB 802C, what is its LAN address? It is usually 192.168.1.1.

On the ubuntu system, in a terminal, what is the output of these commands (you might need to put sudo in front of them)
Code:
ifconfig
netstat -n
