Try running the following on your RH 7.2:
rpcinfo -p <IP of RH9.0>
This should list all RPC services known to your RH 7.2 machine.
I had troubble with the portmapper service sometimes. rpcinfo will show the mapping between rpc program number and the TCP/IP service port number used.
If you cant't find a line for nfs then you might have to restart the portmapper service and then restart nfs services.

Thanks.
With RH 7.2 its working normally.
Problem with RH 7.3
rpcinfo gives all port and programs.
ypbind working properly.
when giving ypcat passwd ..after a few second it gives an error message
...rpc failed.reason: could not communicate with portmaper.
