Nic Card not detected using RH enterprise 5

Hi, i have recently installed RedHat Enterprise 5 on my PC. But unfortunately it couldn't detect my built in Realtek RTL 8168/8111 gigabit PCI-E LAN card.what rpm do i need to install or what do i need to do. Moreover Micronet and other vendors NIC Card are easily recognizable by RHE5. I am hoping great help from your side.
...thank you.
