You cannot see NFS shares the same way you can see SAMBA shares (I think).

When setting up NFS, there are some things that you must do:

1. Start the NFS daemon. (On Redhat you can make it do it when Linux boots with the program /usr/sbin/setup).

2. Export some directories in /etc/exports. Read "man exports". Remember to do a "exportfs -r". You should also read "man exportfs"!

3. Finally mount the shares with mount, read "man mount". You could also add the shares to /etc/fstab.
