NFS over plip problem


I am trying to install slackware over plip through nfs. Everytime It tries to connect i get
SIOCSIFADDR: No such device
SIOCSIFMETMASK:No Such Device
SIOCSIFBRDADDR No such device
Running /sbin/rpc.portmap...
Mounting NFS...
mount: RPC: Program is not registered
in my export file i put
/mnt/cdrom *(ro)


and i set up plip using
ifconfig 127.0.0.3 pointopoint 127.0.0.2
and set the ip of the computer im trying to install it on
at 127.0.0.2
