NFS image for remote installation
 
Hi,

I want to make NFS Image, that help me to do installation on remote pcs connected to network. When I configured NFS and tring to install from remote pc, it is asking for user name and password and not going ahead, though I gave right name and password.

Please guide me for this.

Is this from an install program running on the remote PC? You will probably need to provide more information.

An installation is performed as root. Check if you have the "root_squash" option in /etc/exports for the directory being shared. This causes the root user to be degraded to the "nobody" user.
