Network settings resetting?!!!

Im on mandrake 9.1, and originally everything was fine.. The problem occured when I installed a new NIC card. Mandrake found it just fine, but everytime I reboot I have to go to mandrake control center and then to DrakConnect to run the network setup wizard. After I run it it runs fine and everything works. That is until I reboot. Is there a config file that I can edit instead? My nic is an intel pro 100 S. Like I said tho, after the wizard it works. Apparently something is not saving. Running the wizard as root gives the same result.
