Network Problem
 
I am trying to network suse 10.1 to windows xp pro, xp is the server. Suse can get on the web via internet sharing, but when I try to access a file on xp I get the error message Cannot access all the files on 192.168 etc etc. There is only one very small share file on xp, so whats the prob?

Could be any number of things. You need to be sure that you have smb-client installed on the suse box, and once you do, I'm sure SUSE has some sort of graphical interface to do this from, but from the command line, (after you are SURE you have smb-client installed), run smbclient --help
