network printing help please
 

I have an IBM Info20 Laser printer with its own NIC, therefore it is connected directly to the network.

I have configured its IP address and subnet mask via its own internal conifg.

I can ping it from my Linux server (Redhat 9) & Doze workstations.

How do I set up the Linux server to act as the print server for this printer and make it accessable to other pc's on the network?

For all our other IBM network printers we install print server software onto the Print Server PC (currently NT server), then all client pc's can see the network printer as a shared printer on the NT server.

I am a relative newbie to Linux, so please keep it simple!
