Network printerr stopped working after printer failure

I have been happily printing from my XP machine to my Suse box with the printer installed until I switched the printer off in mid job. Now I cannot get it to print via the net again. This is so frustrating because it always happens the night before a thesis should be handed in.

Any suggestions would be great.

Regards
p.n

you should be able to connect to the printer interface using a local IP address, depending on your setup - I bet if you go into this interface (in Linux) it will be turned off, you need to turn it back on.

Regards
Shelton.
