Network Monitoring Software/Netflow and SNMP

I have looked at Zenoss, Zabbix, hyperic and etc.. All of them support WMI, PerfMon, SNMP, JMX, HTTP, Telnet, SSH, Syslog, ICMP, FTP, SMTP but what about NETFLOW. I most of my clients have Cisco Product and I want to enable NETFLOW on the equipment. NetFlow records can contain a wide variety of information about the traffic in a given flow. Is there any open source project that supports NETFLOW devices?

ntop is the best i've found, supporting a number of netflow-like protocols. In general though i've never found a netflow/sflow/ipfix product that actually does anything near what I want, including pricey affairs like netqos and fluke netflow.
