Network monitoring

What applications/methods are recommended to monitor a Linux gateway thats being used as a router?

What I am keen to look up is what domains and web pages clients to the gateway are hitting and the internal IP of the client that is hitting that site/page.

Anything like this?

Sounds like a proxy may serve your needs better.
