Network Manager 0.7 doesn't work or something wrong with my network card?

Recently I've upgrade my Fedora 10. After this operation I found that all elements of NM's window were not active. I can't change anything. But to work I must configure my network setting by myself. What wrong with NM? Help!!! Don't tell me that I shoud remove NM. Maybe something wrong with my network card? How can I check it?
I tried to create new connection, but where I switch to wired tab there were no list of netwotk card, just edit box - MAC.
