network data transfer meter


I want a gui network traffic logger/meter tool. Something like dumeter for windows. I want to measure all my uploads and dowloads.
can someone help me with that?

thanks for the reply. I went through the list briefly and did not seem to find a "GUI" tool that measures and records network traffic.(Sorry, If I have overlooked something).
A command line tool also is good provided it creates a log file for a month or a weak. I found IPAudit in the link, but it logs every half hour. I dont want to be creating
1440 files per month or something.
I am looking for something like http://www.dumeter.com/ , this is ofcourse for win32.
