Network AV

Im kinda new to suse and learning as I go, im doing projects based off of suse, one of my projects I have been researching for is a network AV solution, we have about 30-40 workstations all running windows xp, unfortunately I really hate Norton and there bull crap, so if i could ask this : Is there a AV solution where suse can be a GW AV server, if this is so will it keep viruses from entering into the network or is it by user who goes to a website to download porn and think they need a AV solution by clicking on a ad that pops up. But also is there any linux AV solution where it can push out a client to the desktops and can administer pc's from the suse server? Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

There are several choices out there that can do that. Never set it up but if you goto http://www.google.com/linux and search for antivirus you will see several apps and options.
