Netstat results.

the red line, is this correct. I thought that a 169. ip address was a non working ip? can't seem to get rid of it.

That's an auto-config network for devices that can't find an IP. Usually it means they were set to be configured with DHCP and it failed to get a lease. The route might be a legacy that doesn't get wiped when the device finally does obtain a lease.
