Netscape bus error

When I am logged in as root, I am able to
run netscape. However, recently, when I try
to run netscape as a user, I get a bus error
and netscape does not even open. Does
anyone have any clues to this? The last
think I was doing before this was uncommenting
an ide-scsi module and a soundblaster driver
module in /etc/rc.d/rc.modules. Even with the
modules removed the problem persists.

Thanks for any help.
carne.
