netqmail + courier-imap + vpopmail maildir issue
 

When I send a message to a user on my box, netqmail puts it in /var/vpopmail/domain/<domain>/<user>/.maildir .

My imapd reads mail from $HOME/.maildir . Those directories arent matching up. I can see messages I send in /var/vpopmail, but my $home/.maildir's stay empty. How do I get the mail to link up with my home directory .maildir's?

I've seen this happen when qmail puts the local machine name in /var/qmail/control/locals instead of just the domain name. In this configuration it only considers mail to user@machinename.domain.com to be local. This results in the behavior you're seeing. If you edit /var/qmail/control/locals and enter just the domain, then you should see it putting mail into the right place.
