NetBIOS names not resolving

Hello all,

I'm rather new to this and I'm running Fedora Core 1 in this instance on a windows 2000 domain.

Here's the issue:

I have 4 subnets. Each subnet is a location in a different city using VPN over DSL.

The windows 2000 Server is on subnet 192.168.2, other subnets are .72 and .71. I am on subnet .3.

I can ping any computer on the network, but the netbios names won't resolve. The DNS server is the windows 2000 box running at 192.168.2.50.

Any ideas?

James Meyer
