Two likely suspects are graphics, and dns. Networks usually run at the same speed, or even faster.
Try an ftp from a local site. What's the speed?
post the output of 'cat etc/resolv.conf'
what graphics driver are you using. Is graphics fast without the internet?

Grahpic is working very good without the internet.
output from cat /etc/resolv.conf is:

# Generated by dhcpcd for interface eth0
search btc-adsl
nameserver 192.168.1.1

actually net speed is good,
but the web pages opens too slowly.
Thanks.

You then are looking at the router for dns.
Try editing that online and put in

nameserver 208.67.222.222
nameserver 208.67.220.220

from opendns.org. See if that solves it. Trouble is that that is usually rewritten and you need to set $DHCP_KEEPRESOLV=true inn the init scripts somewhere, or something similar depending on your distro.
