Need to implement idle timeout in iptable

Hi All,

I am using RedHat Linux is of kernel version 2.4.21-4.ELsmp. I want to implement idle time out (like if nobody accessing apps it close that session). I know I can do this in ipchain but how I can control it in iptables. I know it is control by kernel. Currently I open ssh session but it not closed even after 4 or 5 hrs. on client keepalive already 0 means off.

I need time like 10 min, any help will highly appreciated

Best Regards

Syed
