need help on FC3 WinXP file sharing. Internet connection OK

After 10 years out of engineering on UNIX trying to get back in Linux to get rid of blue screen of death and keep Bill out of my living room.
Got new system up and running this week. Sempron 2500 on ECS KT600-A MB, 512 MB PC2700, 200GB WD HD, BFG Nvidia FX5500oc, builtin Audio, Ethernet. All cheapo stuff from special offor or MIR.
FC3 fresh install, no partitions, No dual boot.
Video, Audio, Internet running OK. No broadband.
WinXP box is doing Internet Connection Sharing through Juno Dialup. Static IP assignments.
4 port Airlink wireless router (wireless not used at the moment but is working for WinXP environment)
I cannot see the Windows shares for the Unix side, nor the Unix share from the Windows side.
All connections seem up and running. As mentioned Internet connection through XP box is OK.
Read many posts and followed many of the suggestions. See print out below
Anybody any suggestions ? Help very much appreciated.
Thanks in advance
(I am a bit security paranoid so I x-ed out some numbers here and there for this post)

Are you sure Desk1%20C is the share name?
