Exclamation My KPPP says "Expect: CONNECT" and then restart dialing again!!!

Hi All,
My KPPP says "Expect: CONNECT" and then restart dialing again!!!
I'm new to dialup connection settings .
my initial string 1 is :ATZ
my initial string 2 is :""

I'm using red had 9.
My phone line is pulse dialing so I replaced ATDT with ATDP , what else should I do ?
Thanks for any help .
