You need to delete yourself from the blacklists. Try http://cbl.abuseat.org/

Without looking at it in great detail, it seems like other IP addresses on your subnet have been blacklisted for sending SPAM, so the entire subnet has been blacklisted (including your IP). Note: This would only cause mail that you send to be rejected, not mail being sent to you.

What e-mail addresses are you trying to send to yourself as? I noticed that your gabrix.ath.cx domain does not have an MX record, which is not in compliance with Internet conventions. Most e-mail servers will try to send e-mail to your A record if you don't have an MX record, but some might not follow that rule. You should really publish an MX record for your domain.

gabrix.ath.cx is registred a DynDns.org you are right i forgot to register an MX there . That's right it is just the mail i send affected by this issue everithing just worked great since my first mail out nearly 2 years ago last month i have set an anonymous remailer mixmaster and it has been on no more than a mount the enough i think to break things up.I will quickly record an MX at DynDns.org and i have also a question . DynDns.org offer other services like MailHop Forward , MailHop Relay , MailHop Outbound .Would be any of these a solution for me ? Or i have to change domain name ?

I'm still not clear what your issue is... can you not send mail FROM your domain, or you cannot send mail TO your domain?

Oh, well yeah if you're trying to send mail from your server and your IP address is blacklisted, it's not going to reach a lot of sites (if they're checking a blacklist). You would need to contact the operator of the blacklist and try to get yourself removed.

Sorry but i don't get the point of the first link. I haven't made connections to these domains , is someone trying to use my mta as spam relay?
How can i use the postfix directive $relayhost= to not get my mail bounced ?
