Multi-boot.. XP, 2003 server and Fedora Core 2.

I need help. I have a project that is asking me to do a multi-boot with all the 3 OS's on one PC with one HDD: 2003 server, XP and Fedora. I know that I have to partition all the spaces with a FAT32 FS, or else Fedora won't be able to read and share the files. I think I've done what I needed to do, but I just wanted to make sure with the LINUX guru's that I've done what's right with partitioning with the correct file system.
Thanks.
