Angry Mrtg on linux 9


hi

i just configured MRTG in my linux 9 box to monitor one of my server.
every thing was configured properly and the mrtg ran fine and genrated graphs

But the problem i am facing is that , the mrtg graph doesnt shows
the graphs more than 20-50 bytes/sec even when there is high traffic on the server.

pls help me out on this

you could start by posting the relevent section of your mrtg config file

mrtg on linux 9

hi,
i just saw your query. i would like to ask if you have steps on how i can setup my mrtg on linux. i would like to change my windows mrtg. im still a newbie and i need lots of help. i hope you can find time for this.thanks...pls

jcb_dreamvsat: Are you looking to monitor a windows machine with mrtg or what?

bhagat_panwar: Did you install snmp correctly? are you moniroting the correct interface?

i would monitor both windows machine and routers. its that im having a hard time looking at other samples.they are not the same as for windows.can you help with this.
