Cool Mod REWRITE url rewriting

Let's say i have a website with this url would it be possible make it by mod_rewrite so users can reach writing in their browsers.Otherways ????

I dont have much of an idea about this.. though i think you should go through 3rd example of this .

UPDATE : MODs, dont delete this now, this post does makes some sense now.
