Mod Problems


The module is NOT PRESENT on my machiene...

/sbin/depmod -a
/sbin/modprobe ip_masq_ftp

Still gives me the same error... I need to download the IPV4 modules...

Where from?

Sounds like you need to recompile your kernel to include those modules. Have a read of http://www.linuxdoc.org/HOWTO/Kernel-HOWTO.html for details. It'll seem a bit scary the first time, but its not really that bad -- just read all the online help for each option when you do your config/menuconfig/xconfig.
