Min SQUID cache

I have a SQUID Proxy running here but when someone upload new HTML page(new web page design) into certain web site, my LAN users still getting the cache page(old page).
I have to wait for certain period of time only then I get to see latest page on my browser.

How can I make it the latest page immediately after the page uploaded.

The purpose of my squid implement here is just for getting report(sarg) only.

Kindly help!
